Affiliate Program Terms and Conditions

The Happiness Effect offer their Affiliate Program, subject to following simple terms and conditions:

1. Commission is fixed at 40% of Sale value. In case, if there is a discount coupon or any sort of other deduction applied on the sale, it will affect the final amount. However, for simplicity, the amount is 40% of the actual revenue generated through sale.
2. Commission will be paid on or after 5 th day of the subsequent month. Ex. All the commission earned during March, will be paid on or after 5 April. All the commission of April will be paid on or after 5 May and so on.
3. No minimum payout amount.
4. All commissions will be paid Via PayPal ONLY. (I am working on offering additional options). For other options, Please contact me. We can arrange something.
5. Any transaction charges, if applicable by Paypal, will be affiliates responsibility.
6. In case of dispute, before taking it up with any arbitrating body, it should be discussed with me, with an open mind. Let us do business with openness and with love and trust for each other. Your success is my success.
