Suggestion and ideas on eating smartly. I personally believe that any regimented approach towards eating, well in that case towards life, is not suitable. Eat everything, in moderation.
I don’t see any one way as the perfect way of eating. Mediterranean diet is great for health. I agree. Provided you are living in that area.
1 billion Chinese cannot be wrong. Add to them, rest of the south eat Asia and south Asia. You can’t get fat eating rice. Things like this make me wonder as to what is really good to eat. After years of observation, I have come to this plan called smart eating. It may look a bit overwhelming. However on a closer look you will find that it is the most easy thing to do.
I have divided that plan in chapters so that one can understand it easily.
