If your needs qualify clearly for Free services, the email will be answered. You can ask question, recommendations, views, diet & nutrition suggestions… well almost anything.

In this commercial world, people charge for giving information. That is why I call this as ‘Free’ service. Indeed there is Google and other search engines. However, it is easy to ask, especially for some genuine serious advise. Internet search engines will bring you to sites that will ‘sell’ you such important information. Rarely you will find information for free. Unless of course you are a geek or you have all the time in the world to really dig the Internet to get what you want.
