Meaningless Conversation

Meaningless Conversation

A very interesting aspect of human life is relationship. Now I am not talking about a man and woman only. Neither am I limiting it to any social context.

For instance the relation between the checkout clerk and the grumpy old woman; or sulking conductor and equally sulking passenger; is what I am talking about.

A simple thing like smile has disappeared from human life. This has a direct impact on relations. Now some may call it as daily interaction but I call it relation.

The old man at the newsstand, the pretty girl at the coffee shop, senior citizen volunteering at road crossing, the cab driver and many other people around you in your daily life has one thing in common. They have a smile. That is the reason one does not feel any awkwardness about them. They are almost transparent to us. We simply assume that they are there, always, with that smile, never realizing that one needs to reciprocate it. Remember what goes around comes around.

Today I will write some typical conversation that takes place in our lives almost every day. Definitely it has happened once in all of our lives.

“Good morning Charles”
“Good morning Jane”
“How are you today?” and Jane walks on without waiting for the answer.
“I am not too well, thanks for asking. I will be fine soon” but this genuine answer was not heard.

“Darling, tell me honestly how do I look in this dress?” Claire asked.
“That dress suites you well dear.” Bob replies honestly.
“No I think it’s too tight” Claire says.
“Well then why ask me?’ Bob thinks.

“Sweetheart, do you love me?” Brenda
“What’s the purpose of this question?” Timothy
Doh! Can’t you simply say Yes or No?

“Oh man I don’t know if she is happy with me or not?” Jack
“Did you ever ask her?” Patrick
“Ask what?” Jack
Idiot! What do you mean by ask what?

“Moonlight, walking hands in hand on the beach, cool breeze, twinkling skies, oooh So romantic” Priya
“Damn these mosquitoes are killing and all that sand in my feet. Romantic my foot.” mental comments, Mahesh.
Hey come on Mahesh, you said “up to you sweetie” when it was decision time to select where to go.

Don’t know why I am writing the above. Maybe because I am sick and tired of hearing this meaningless words every day. With so much of meaningless conversation, do you think we can ever have relationship?

META Medicine

META Medicine

There is a lot that can be written about META medicine and the benefits of it. However, I will leave that to experts to explain it to you. I want to introduce you to therapy that is non intrusive, drug free and efficient in bringing about change in life. It is all about bringing happiness back in life. As most of you know, that is what I teach, preach and yearn to propagate in life. More happiness, more fulfilment and more joy, all around us.

If you were to search or research on the subject, it is quiet likely that you may come across very confusing and intimidating information on what is META medicine. In fact you may also find people claiming it to be total quake. However, from my personal experience, not simply as a receiver of the treatments but also as trained in one of the modalities, I would strongly recommend that you should seek a personal explanation from one of the therapists. Look for someone who would be honest and willing to give you a free, no obligation, brief introduction to the world of possibilities.

Here, let me share one such wonderful therapist and good friend of mine, Penny Croal. You can either click on her name or follow the link below to reach her website and explore for more.

The link to her site is http://www.changeahead.biz

I will be adding more reviews and links in following days for  those who are interested in META medicine. Of course you will find them under Alternative Therapy Section. So till such time, enjoy the link I have posted for you today. When you visit these sites, do drop them a line and mention that you found the link with me. Cheers.

December 21 2012

December 21 2012

21 December 2012 seems to be more or less definitive date, for now, sort of agreed upon by common consensus, logic of which fails me, for the world to end. Mayan Calendar apparently ends then. Some claim that it’s written in Bible. Many find it hidden in prophecies of Nostradamus. Doomsday, Armageddon, World War III and many others have many other such signs that apparently ‘tell’ the end is imminent. Maybe not exactly. However a date to remember as something extremely unexpected is expected. Maybe some super earthquake, multiple volcano eruption or a renegade asteroid on collision path with earth or something even nastier that Hollywood has missed to cover in the past few years.

Well not only Hollywood but almost every conceivable media, section of society, believers and atheists, sinners and saints, intellects and duffers, rich and richer, poor and those who don’t fit as either rich or poor, students and teacher, ancient and contemporary has wrestled with this date. World is ending! WoW …

There are some optimists amongst them. Good on them. A certain section of the society snobbishly snubs them of as ‘New Age’ people. They don’t see anything theatrically gory or grand finale to dear Earth with all the pyro technique. They rather tread on gentile side of human being. They are toying with the idea that something magnificently beautiful is going to happen to what is called ‘Consciousness’. Whatever it be, no one has spared the topic. Sometimes it feels as if the topic is more abused then the subject of discussing GOD.

Now since everyone is taking a token dip in this flowing river, I thought I did also indulge myself and express a few views of my own on the entire subject.

For those of you who have followed my writings, my thinking and my training, you know, I am all about freedom. I am about life. Joy and happiness is what interests me. That is the reason why I am so fumbled to see many learned people actually paranoid with this idea of world coming to an end. People have started preparing for it. Suddenly there are so many unheard clans, spiritual groups and followings, Churches, Evangelists, Gurus and well you know the lots, the crystal danglers, are cashing on this one story. Many have even flourished. A few have stretched the hysteria to that extra mile by setting up ‘safe’ points on the planet where a few chosen ones will have access to and be saved on the dooms day.

All sorts of new forms of science surfaced. Words those are more difficult than pronouncing the names of the characters from Chronicles of Narnia or Lord of The Ring have assumed place in commonplace vocabulary. Suddenly some bizarre hypothesis is hard sold, rather slammed upon under pretext of ancient civilizations unearthed secrets. Some even are futuristic in their flavour with adding a bit of spice of unknown frontiers of space and aliens. Everybody is everywhere except where they need to be. Everybody is either digging the past in an attempt predict the future. No is here where they ought to be. There is only one truth and there is only one place. Right here, right now.

I don’t get it. What is the story behind so much of attachment to life? Isn’t death obvious? Why worry about something inevitable? Is it ego or ignorance? Oh hell what difference does it make? Ego and ignorance are synonyms in my understanding.

If, for GOD has a plan to wipe the earth out, so be it. I cannot be bothered. I will definitely not be bothered with a pathetic idea of saving myself from the wrath of GOD or the power of Nature. It will be stupid to even think that I can stay unharmed with the rest of the planet will be wiped out.

Let’s say if I do manage to save myself from the event of disaster, what good is it? Can you imagine life on planet after that? Do you have any idea? There will dead bodies around. No drinking water, shortage of food, no toilets, no hot showers, no super market, no cars, no airplanes, no clear sky, no colour TV, no cell phones, no trees, no birds, no people, well not many, all struggling to survive, more or less like the victims of hurricane, flood, tornado, famines, tsunami, earthquake and worst, a nuclear holocaust. Have they even thought that they may not even have their own loved ones with them?

Something like one permanent winter, with Sun blocked by the cloud of dust. Will it be life worth living? Will you living at all? One will barely be surviving. You don’t seem to get the picture do you? Go to Somalia, Congo or in that case any of those suffering African nations or any nation in that matter where people are just hoarded together in refugee camps. Live there for a day and taste for yourself. Live without comforts of your current life. Live without convenience of your modern city and then think about what would it be like if the entire earth became one big refugee camp? Are you prepared to live in such conditions? Heck not me. I did rather die in the holocaust. Whatever it be, an earthquake, a meteor or direct lightening on my head. I did prefer to be dead, and accept GODs will. I will definitely not bother myself to find ‘safe’ or ‘blessed’ spots on earth where I will need to bribe to get a spot and save myself from the doom. Because life after whatever that is, won’t be worth living.

Imagine not having your friends, your family, your pet, you nagging boss, your nosy neighbour, the grumpy customer care, out of order ATM, long que at super market, crowded trains, warm rains, freezing winters, white snow, the Christmas, the Hanuka, The Id, The Diwali … the food, the smell, the noise, the chaos. The nostalgia in the madness of masses, all gone and what is left is dark dull gloomy monotonous life of survival. Not me. I did be dead.

I am enjoying my now. The present is beautiful. Devastation of earth is a big thing and let Nature worry about it. I say if the planet is going to see some catastrophe, so be it. Trust me, we have no power or control over it. We can’t even predict it, forget averting it. Mother Nature is far too powerful then entire human race put together. So why bother. Can you fix the leaking pipe in your toilet? No you can’t. Then how do you propose to stop the catastrophe? You can’t even take care of the neighbours annoying kids. You think you will be able to take care of something such magnanimously destructive and save yourself?

SO my dear friends, I will be writing the following post on that day, well not exactly the same post, but something similar for others to read.

Date: 21 December 2012

Time: Sometime during the day

Place: Somewhere on the Planet Earth

The world is coming to an end. So they say. Today. Looking around, I find people so anxiously engrossed in the topic, half scared, half amused and mix of other mutually exclusive emotions.

To me the Sky looks pretty clear. Ground is not shaking where I am. No Dragons are flying over my head nor is any volcano spitting tormenting lava on my building. I hear birds, cars, people, wind, ocean, a baby crying … just as always. And I am listening to Louis Armstrong’s ever so charming song ‘What a wonderful world’…

Note: This article is an edited/rewritten extract from my book in traffic (since it is not in motion) titled ‘Almost Enlightened’ — Adventures of a Spiritual Geek. I hope and wish to complete the book soon.

Atheist need GOD

Atheist need GOD

Atheists need GOD.

No kidding. From where I see, I find that it amusingly true. The so called Atheists are like bunch of kids singing ‘Here we go round the mulberry bush …’

Ironic, sad, funny and yet true. Now it is a different matter altogether on my views on GOD and religion. I can’t stand the rigidity of conforming to norms, to certain belief system that closes the possibility of learning something new, discovering something different, blocking a unique and exhilarating experience. It is not acceptable for me. Life, I feel, is too short to compartmentalise and label it for sake of it.

Atheists, Buddhists, Humanist, Optimist, Pessimist, Chemist all are same for me. They all conform to norms. To rules. They are all slaves of a system they can’t understand. They simply follow what the rules say. Rules that govern their behaviour, their reaction, their response. Everything is measured. Everything is pre-determined for them.

What happened to the true spirit of human being? Well who am I to use the word ‘True Spirit’ here so loosely. However, I do feel that we are born free. Only to enslave ourselves, later on, in the chains of so called society, religion, school, church, government, belief system and all that. Amidst the reigning chaos, I do admire this bunch of jokers who call themselves Atheist.

Their profound statement ‘I don’t believe in GOD’. Love that. See, even they need GOD to prove that they don’t believe in GOD. Under the pretext of ‘Scientific’ thinking or so called logical, rational trash, they still vehemently defend their shallow stand.

Now, hang on, for a moment. Who said I am religious person? Please get that notion out of your head quick. Else you will miss the fun of this article. I am not religious either. I can’t stand the conformity of a religion. I always say, if I have to be slave I did be my own master. I am my own GOD if I have to be.

I chant, I pray, I revere the DIVINE, I love, I laugh, I accept, I surrender, I live, I die and all this is with the ultimate intelligence that I have been granted. Ouch, too heavy. Let me tone it down.

I am the Energy. The ultimate truth. There is nothing but Energy. There is only other state and that is there is no Energy. For some reason, we are paired. Definitely. To complete the oneness. Zero is a very dangerous idea. Of course Zero adds an entirely new dimension to the meaning. In fact it completes the idea of oneness. Look around and you will find that nothing is complete without something else. One gets its value because Zero has none. If there were no Zero what would be One?

You see what I am trying to say is that the belief system is good to follow, so long as one is making sense out of it. People talk about life because there is death. People value good because there is bad.

Atheists don’t believe in GOD. Fine. So they have something that they don’t believe in. The question is however, will not believing in something change the truth? It is perfectly right for them not to believe, and it is their right to do so. However another question is why should they then insist that what they believe is true? Is it not becoming religious? Conforming to norm? Following set patterns of behaviour?

All these ‘isms’ are nothing but religion and any religion in my view are enslaving. At the end of the day, what matters is did you enjoy the moment. Did you live that moment and were thrilled by the experience or you were just too busy trying to see if it fit in your religion?

We are all prisoners of the conditioning. My argument is about this conditioning. We need to break free from it. We are so overwhelmingly dictated by ‘norms’ of society. Standards set by some vague authority which we have formed to govern our lives. We created this to enslave us. We have for some reason become too lazy to live our own life. We have don’t live anymore. We just exist in this pathetic biological form called Homo sapiens.

Someone will notice that this article is result of agitation. Yes, I am agitated. I have been seeing too much rubbish going around. I saw, I read things that disturbed me so much that I just can’t sit back and do nothing about it. I still can’t do much about it.

I will definitely not write about trending subjects to attract more traffic. This blog is not about ‘fat Indian women’ either. This is my blog. My thoughts are published here. It is my world. The free happy world that I prescribe to everyone, world that I want everyone to have.

A world free from rigid belief system.

I do not teach for or against religion. It is not my field to teach that. I do not know religion enough to teach. However what I teach is to respect each and every belief that other may have. It is not the cliché tolerance either I am talking about. Look at it this way for a moment.

You do not want anyone to dictate your life. Would you? Then why do you want to dictate anyone else’s life? Live and let live.

Mother Teresa, once said, ‘Don’t call me to anti-war rally. Call me if there is a peace rally’.

Atheists, for GOD’s sake, find something that you believe in and stop ‘not believing’ in GOD.

PS: I will be polishing this post later sometime. Promise.

The project is Live

The project is Live

On this fathers day, I am so happy to have complete the third site. Now the project is officially live. What it is about, I will discuss some other time. Just wanted to make a quick note on this day, of a great step forward. I also dedicated the most important of the three sites to my Father.

It was his encouragement and nourishing of a growing childs curiousity that led me to learn more. Never to worry about formal studies but to explore whatever comes to mind. To be brave, to be honest and to be gentle. With such strong early foundation, I must say I am blessed to have grown in to a more humble simple person.

The three sites are:

The Story Teller: This site. Where you are reading. This will be about me. My adventure. My life, my book and everything about me. Purely to serve as more or less a personal journal. Expressing my mind, exchanging experience had through the day, something about me.

“I factor Theory”: For those who have followed this site so far, good news, this entire ‘I’ Factor Theory has a site of it’s own. What I have been promising here now will be available there. My talks, lectures, notes, comments … the lot. Think of it as the learning centre or information centre.

Buziness side of “I”: This is where I will be offering commercial services or links or any such thing that has to do with earnings. Money part or growing business part will be there. I am not getting the right phrasing for it but .. sort of ‘office’ or ‘shop’ for me and my ‘I’ Factor.

So wish me luck and get ready to explore lots of more stuff that I am going to put up. Since now officially the project is live.

Truth seekers conversation

{EAV_BLOG_VER:27f6183aa1a9ad80}

The following I have copy pasted from Anurag Chaturvedi’s blog at BLOGGISM.

This was a conversation we had over Google talk, one evening. The content are exact as they were. No edits made. He published it. I am thankful to him for putting it out there. I have such conversations many a times. With Anurag and many other friends. Only that I don’t publish them. I am not sure what words to use, however ‘excited’ does come to mind when I see the content published. I could not resist the urge to put it here on my site too. With permission from Anurag, I have done this now.

I know everyone is Geek here, and nobody needs any extra knowledge but sharing just for sake.

GUPPYDAS: From my experience, I am saying this.
I used to be like you. Ardent reader, full of enthusiasm. Etc etc … I completely appreciate that
It is needed.
However, one thing I learnt, this energy amongst all the young people goes waste.
100% waste
GHANTARAM: ok
GUPPYDAS: My suggestion to you, I had said this earlier, read and read more. However, without concerning with what others have to say or react, just put something in action. Be it a blog or a daily thing you do.
Transform this energy in action
Else all will remain intellectualized in the heads. Lost amidst those grey cells … to be recycled in the end
GHANTARAM: yeah, but some how I loose that enthusiasm in end,
I need something to put the idea along with me
GUPPYDAS: You see … expecting a result is what breaks the enthu..
GHANTARAM: when I sit to write, I find words are vanishing
GUPPYDAS: Do it for Fun of it.
Does not matter my friend, does not matter.
Write it, throw it away
GHANTARAM: ok
GUPPYDAS: No need to worry about who is going to read it and all that.
I used to fall trap to that.
Trying to write with an objective … enthu dies in seconds
Mind wavers out … start browsing … go to look at babes in bikini etc.
GHANTARAM: lol
GUPPYDAS: Really, thats how the mind rebels. Your sub conscious is far too more powerful then you estimate
GHANTARAM: can’t mind get bore by watching babes in bikini
GUPPYDAS: One of the reason why I stopped writing on itimes. I was getting applause and criticism. I was getting readers and .. everytime I wanted to write something, it was driven this idea of pleasing the crouds … kills the original spirit.
Babes in bikinis are not for mind idiot

GHANTARAM: yeah but bloody minds comes everywhere
isn’t it?
GUPPYDAS: That’s the problem. It’s not really mind. Its your sub conscious
Putting forward the leash of society to tie the ‘animal’ in you.
All the fears, conditioning ethics etc .. your sub conscious throws at you. It has access to every conceivable information of the past.
GHANTARAM: So basically everything is the dream we are living for
GUPPYDAS: It has the connection to that super memory which we are suffering. Its playing the program of the matrix
GHANTARAM: A dream, the sub conscious is weaving…
Yes Program of the Matrix
that what was in my thought, but did not want to use that here
GUPPYDAS: A real dream is felt by heart, what sub conscious creates is a diversion
GHANTARAM: so sub conscious is behind everything
every stupidity is from sub conscious
GUPPYDAS: to say it correctly … is responsible for most of it.
GHANTARAM: So how to “Free one’s Mind”
GUPPYDAS: There are experiments conducted … the thing that you think has come as a matter of choice, actually originated in sub conscious just before that …
Now if I knew THAT … I won’t be talking to you. However Osho and many others will agree to one thing … to free your mind, Meditate.

GHANTARAM: So basically you are saying that everything has a consequence which was originated from some cell in a corner of conscious mind
GUPPYDAS: sub conscious mind.
GHANTARAM: yes
GUPPYDAS: Conscious mind knows nothing
GHANTARAM: So Conscious mind is just like a hard disk or storage device
all data is only being stored there
GUPPYDAS: more like RAM
Data gets thrown in and thrown out.
GHANTARAM: and all operation is being done by Sub Conscious mind
GUPPYDAS: the actual storage is non personal, outside every individual. It’s the Matrix that stores the data.
Sub conscious has access/connection with Matrix and gets program from the ‘Memory’ and executes it, throws the result to RAM (conscious) and we take it as a experience.
Conscious mind has more affinity with heart … in the moment.
Once again, heart is symbolic.
IMHO heart is the channel through which your soul speaks.
GHANTARAM: ok, so soul has any idea of this matrix?
GUPPYDAS: Yes
Soul is free from Matrix
GHANTARAM: so u mean to say this body is part of the matrix
GUPPYDAS: Once again, to say it correctly … body is what the Matrix wants you to believe in
GHANTARAM: this is an outsider system
the body
GUPPYDAS: Nope they co – exist
Like the Sides of the force.
Jedis and Siths
There is nothing different …
GHANTARAM: yin and yang
GUPPYDAS: Si
Ahm Astu … I am
You see when more you can feel this … I Am … Love Is … you will feel the freedom.
GHANTARAM: ok
GUPPYDAS: We need to drop the adjectives, the definitions and labels we add to everything.

Internet Marketing ?!

Internet Marketing ?!

Internet MarketingResidual Income, wealth creation, extra income, referral marketing, affiliate marketing, member, instant wealth, unlimited income, gold member, millions, thousands, work from home, … does any of that work?

In my experience, NO. Most of the sites I have come across, almost all, just push you to enrol more people, pay for getting benefits and no product to sell. Baffles me. How can one earn if there is nothing to sell or no one is selling anything? There is no work, no labour, no exchange, you just sit back and get money? Can’t agree. I may be slow to understand this entire process but still, fundamentally it just does not sound right. Are we all waiting for another big financial crash? Are these thousands of sites collecting average US$ 20-30 per person, part of a larger scam?

I can understand sites that are classified as PTC or Paid To Click. Makes sense. You invest certain amount of time and effort in loading those advertisements or pages, read them and rate them. For doing this you get paid. Fair enough. But simply making more members under ‘Gold’ plan or ‘Platinum’ membership, fetches you money? Where is this money generated? Where is it coming from? What is being sold? Who is buying it? If anyone has an answer do comment on this post.

BTW I did like to mention a couple of legitimate sites I found, that pay for work. Small amounts. You won’t get rich quick, but at least you don’t have to chase your friends to join and MLM scam nor they ask you to pay to join.

Check this links …

Crowd Cloud, on Facebook. Mostly the work is writing, reviewing, translating, editing. I have joined there and you can too. This is the best example of what I mean. The price is fixed, your work is evaluated and you get paid. You don’t need to make any members, or sell anything.

Another I liked is

ReadBud, pays you small(tiny) amounts to read articles and rate them. Takes something like 15-20 minutes a day. You can choose up to 50 topics to increase chances of getting more articles. I have joined and you can too. No charges. Absolutely free. Personally I see more benefit there, besides small money you can make, is that of getting a chance to read new articles before they hit the public. It can be very rewarding in more than one way.

Besides the above two, I have not come across any site, so far that offers genuine work and pays for the same. I have been on freelancers.com but that is a mad place. Cut throat competition. It is all about quantity in short time. I can’t work in such pressures for so little.

Site is Overhauled

Site is Overhauled

Just like my life, I am overhauling the site too. It is sort of reflection of what is going in my life. In a way. I need to clearly mention my Numerology work, my commercial, money making affiliate links, my spiritual life in this new version of the site. The design will still remain the same. It’s the content and ordering of pages, topics etc that is being worked upon.

Now that I am in Mumbai, India, back home, things are different. Better? In more than one ways yes. However the basic need to earn decent money is even greater then before. I have to have source of income as of yesterday. So here I ask and wish my friends pray for me so that I succeed sooner. I am still 80% bed ridden. Which is better then 100%

Umbrella Rides The Wind

This is one phenomenon that most of people, not living in tropics will never get a chance to witness. It is hilarious. It is fun. It just simply beyond words to express the sheer innocent joy one gets out of it. Even if you are a victim of the gusty wind and it is your umbrella riding the winds, you will eventually laugh. Forgetting all the misery.

It is, believe me a tart little stupid to carry an umbrella in rains that are accompanied by gusty winds. Nothing can stop you from getting wet. So why bother, is my question. Instead, I would say, why not enjoy and embrace the pouring rain and get soaked. If you can’t bear it, then better stay home. Don’t be a spoiled sport in that. After all, remember you are only human.
