New Regime Day 7

May 1 2010 06.00 (Thailand)

Yesterdays dosage: 1 teaspoon turmeric x 2 times with meal, 4000+ mg Vitamin C, 1 drink Lime and Baking soda. Water was barely 2 litre. Got to do something about water intake. Added another drink. A piece of Cinnamon and Licorice, tossed in cup of hot water and drank that. Was nice. Probably will toss that in the boiler and use that water all the time. Even to make coffee, if I feel like having one. Pieces were 1.5 inch.

No chocolate milk, 1 coffee, 3 cigarettes.

Basically feeling, not good. No motivation. Boring, sort of dragging.

Observation: A few places are showing some sort of swelling. Not exactly boil type but they are just little bumps, sensitive, a bit painful. One friend pointed out that these are all cleansing reactions. Body is dispelling toxins. I can relate to that. The same also is reflecting on my moods. Not a problem, knowing that all the bad stuff is coming out. I am in a way glad that it is happening.

As I am having difficulties with eating/taking turmeric, one more friend of mine, volunteered to send me some empty capsules. So I can fill them up and make my own turmeric capsules. That will be such a great relief. Then I will be able to take more turmeric, rather take the recommended dosage. Hope to get them soon. It's week end so … I guess sometime mid next wee or towards next week end. Fingers crossed.

Markers:

Pain: same no change from yesterday. (high but bearable)

Fluid discharge from wounds : Not extra ordinary like initial experience.

Alertness: good but with melancholy mood. Bit depressive or angry, can't say.

Sleep: Sleep, not good. Was alert most of the night.

Over all: There is hope. At least something is happening

Misc: 1 coffee, 3 cigarettes.

Bowel movements: regular.

Urination: regular
