Ooh! 2 year old and their amazing language. I miss that. Well of course one can't have a child that remains at 2 forever. I remember my time with my cousin and my nephews. Amazing are they at that age. They radiate immense amount of energy. They are contagiously happy. Thats why most would feel happy with them.
Teenagers is a difficult. Indeed I do listen to many as part of my work. However, since I am their friend, they open up. I encourage them to be the same with their parents. A few do and few have difficulties. I do connect to what you are saying.
Indeed it is amazing to see the sparkle in eyes of people when they are happy. Receiving food is one of the greatest joy bringer and I say that from the other side. I have been through roughs in my life. I know how it feels when someone pays attention and brings you food when you are hungry. I know that feeling of hunger, uncertainty. I remember the feeling of joy that rushes when food is offered. Happiness ... it happens when one drops the barriers and embrace the reality. Reality could be that you are a parent or you are a prisoner in a Jail.
